Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling.

Delivery and payment.
Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared unless prior arrangement have been made and confirmed in writing.
Payments can be made by Paypal Only.
Our standard delivery is sent by various carriers on a 3-5 service. Next day delivery is not offered or available for home use products, when goods do not arrive when specified it is up to the customer to let us know.
Goods lost or damaged using this service will only be replaced after 14 days, or when confirmation has been received by our carrier. (whichever is the earliest)

Availability. In the event that the flavour ordered is not available we reserve the right to send an alternative at our discretion.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you will need to give notice of cancelation in writing and send together with the goods to Us 4 Slush Limited, 8 Morris Road, Nuffield Industial Estate, Poole. BH17 0GG. Please provide details of the item(s) ordered and date received. We advise all correspondence to be sent by traceable format. (example, recorded delivery) Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Us 4 Slush Limited at your own cost, please note we strongly advise an insured service is used. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged as new and shipped as supplied in the original packaging (The carton forms part of the product, do not deface by writing on the carton). Please ensure all internal packaging however small are included. Us 4 Slush Limited will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the goods.If after exercising your right under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you do not return the goods as required, Us 4 Slush Limited will charge you appropriate costs of recovering the goods. When exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) please return goods to Us 4 Slush Limited. Exceptions to Distance Selling Regulations (2000) - You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if you have collected goods, Auctions or if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity.
